Sheridan Police Serve At Risk Children

On November 1st Joyce and Jacque delivered 48 quilts to Tina R, who is the Victim Advocate Coordinator for the Sheridan Police Department. Tina offers on-call service for crime victims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for crisis intervention. Some of the crimes that are covered are kidnapping, child abuse, assault, and crimes to at risk children. The Victim Advocate office helps victims tackle their court hearings and trials, acquires financial/medical/mental health services, and childcare services. Deputy Keith was available to receive the donation and kindly consented to taking a photo also.
