Lynn and Christie delivered 48 quilts to Ralston House on May 15. Teresa and the volunteers were excited to receive them. They had more than 100 cases last month and expect as many this month. Teresa shared comments from children who received quilts:

“I liked playing here at Ralston House today. It was nice to get a blanket to take home.”

“It’s really cool. You have a lot of stuff to play with. It’s cool that you gave us blankets and all the yummy snacks that we get.”

“I like my blanket.”

“I am welcome here, and thank you for the blanket.”

Ralston House will be moving to a new site in late fall 2026. The new facility will more than double the available space, providing three separate interview pods and a dedicated pod for medical exams. It will also offer additional office space for administrative staff and several clinical staff members.

Ralston House works with agencies in Jefferson, Adams, Gilpin, and Broomfield counties to provide a safe place to investigate child abuse and ensure victim services for children who have been physically or sexually abused or who have witnessed violence.
