Here Comes the Quilt Queen!

When Barbara C. delivered quilts and pillowcases to Craig Hospital following our October Sew Day, she was greeted with, “Here comes the Quilt Queen!” This shows how much our Craig Hospital contacts, Jill and Adrianna, love Firehouse Quilts and pillowcases! This delivery included 22 quilts and 15 pillowcases.

They tell us how much comfort our quilts bring to their patients. Craig CEO Jandel likes to deliver several of our quilts as a way to get to know patients. Pillowcases are included in the “Welcome Packages” given to patients by the Craig Foundation.

What’s new at Craig? Construction will continue for many more months. They are adding two stories to the east and west buildings, which will provide more patient rooms and much-needed office space while allowing Craig to focus even more on research. As an internationally known hospital, Craig is excited about the enhanced research opportunities this expansion will provide.
