Thornton Fire Department Receives Quilt Delivery

Quilts made specifically for the Thornton Fire Department were delivered recently by Alice Z. The quilts were delivered to station #6, the Fossil Ridge Center. The fire department shares the facility with the Thornton Police Department. The building was named after the 60 million year old dinosaur bones uncovered while constructing the building. You can view a cast of the fossilized bones that are embedded, under glass, in the floor of the building’s lobby. Thanks to the Thornton Fire department for providing great service to the community.
