Together We Make a Difference

On July 16, 59 members of Firehouse Quilts met at Above & Beyond Sewing and Vacuum for a day of fun and sewing. We received a impressive number of contributions including 217 quilts, 66 pillowcases, 3 receiving blankets, 10 stockings, 4 afghans, 14 stuffed toys, 8 baby hats, 5 bibs, and 18 burp rags!

There were 3 tubs of Christmas fabric available for members to take and use for Christmas stockings and quilts, and they were nearly empty by the end of the day.

A large fabric donation was sorted by several members that yielded lots of yardage and fat quarters.

A huge "thank you" to our members for all the contributions that help us be successful!
