SPAN Shelter Receives Quilts

On July 7th Diane F, a Clinical Social Worker, accepted a donation of 32 snuggle quilts for the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN) in Boulder. The shelter serves the vulnerable low income and at-risk population in Boulder County. They provide shelter and advocacy for adults and children of domestic violence. Counseling, legal advice, housing rental, and safety planning information are offered to those in need. This shelter is also open to singles. The children who receive the quilts will be able to take them with them when they leave the shelter.
