Quilts for Back-to-School Night

On August 7, Joyce S and Jacque S delivered 55 quilts to Michelle, Amanda, Claudia, and Nicki who work at Florence Crittenton High School. They also delivered four receiving blankets, two raw edge blankets, 4 burp rags, 3 bibs, 19 hats, 8 dolly quilts, 11 afghans, and 9 fleece blankets. The items will be handed out at the back-to-school event on August 22nd to the moms and their children. Classes will be starting on August 25th at the high school.


Florence Crittenton is a dual generation high school for teen moms and their children that provides a supportive learning environment for women in grades 9 through 12. An early learning center for infants and toddlers is provided for the children of the students who attend classes.
