Quilt Delivery to Boulder Fire

On June 28, Firehouse Quilts were delivered to Boulder Fire & Rescue. Danielle was delighted to receive another donation from FHQ. These quilts were adult (lap) size as the Boulder team delivers our quilts when they check-in on seniors.

The most exciting news Danielle had to share is that they are implementing their own STAR program soon. Arvada and Denver already have a STAR (Support Team Assisted Response) program implemented. The goal of STAR is to send the right people to help with cries related to mental health, homelessness, depression, poverty and /or substance use issues. Congratulations to Boulder!
