Marisol Home, which is supported by Catholic Charities of Denver, received 63 donated quilts on October 21st. Marisol Home is a safe and secure, community-based shelter offering extended stay to pregnant and single Moms. The Mothers are given maternity and child care, case management, and continuing support after leaving the shelter. There are currently ten families living in the shelter and receiving support from the staff there. A couple of babies are due in the near future and a newborn will be coming to the shelter soon. In addition to the quilts Marisol received 35 receiving blankets, 3 floor pads, 12 afghans, 23 baby hats, and 20 pillow cases. Thank you to Joyce for helping Jacque with this delivery.
