On December 2nd, Jordyn, a counselor at the Crisis Center, received eleven large Christmas quilts for the Moms currently living at the shelter. The center provides free programs for adults and children who are impacted by domestic violence. They provide shelter, therapy, and legal advocacy for the women in need of help for up to three months. The center has recently had three hotel accommodations added to the space needed for the Moms and their children in addition to the crisis center rooms in Douglas County.
