Denver Police Receive Quilts

On June 27th Jeanne and Molly delivered 49 snuggle quilts to Technician Akins at the Denver Police Academy. The quilts will be provided to the Child Abuse/Domestic Violence Center known as the Rose Andom Center. Quilts are divided up between six police districts and are handed out by police officers when they are on calls. One district goes as far north as Denver International Airport. The children receiving the quilts range in ages from 18 months to 12 years.
