Christmas Challenge Continues

Members continued to turn in Christmas quilts and stockings at the November 15th sew day. Four members who make the most quilts or stockings will receive a prize for their efforts. This Christmas challenge was started in 2022 to use up Christmas fabrics and the agencies we donate the items to have asked for more in 2023. There have been 41 Christmas quilts turned in and 153 stockings in 2023.

The bed turning had 164 beautiful quilts to view as well as an assortment of pillowcases, fleece blankets, receiving blankets, afghans, and crocheted baby hats. The total amount of quilts turned in thus far in 2023 is 1,687. There will be one final sew day in December.
