Catholic Charities Helps Many in Need

On November 29th a donation of 54 quilts was delivered to Katie B, a case worker at Catholic Charities in Castle Rock. This branch office helps people in need in Douglas, Park, and Elbert counties. An elementary school in Castle Rock donated food items for the food bank and there is also a warm coat/hat/glove drive in process in the office.

Catholic Charities offers medical and health assistance, parenting classes, energy bill help, and counseling to their clients.

Other items donated by Firehouse Quilts were 23 scarves, 11 hats, 3 pair of gloves, and pillowcases.
