Warren Village Preparing for Christmas

Jacque, Lynn, and Christie delivered 17 kids quilts, 12 mom quilts, 20 stockings, and 12 squishmallows to Nick at the corporate office of Warren Village on December 8, 2025.

Some of the items will be handed out at their Christmas parties and the quilts will go on beds in their facilities at the Gilpin campus.

Warren Village provides a supportive community for single-parent families. There are 92 units of safe housing, onsite early childhood education, and programs promoting self-sufficiency at the Gilpin Campus.

This year they have served 124 adults and 203 children. Fifty-six percent of exiting Gilpin residents attained a degree/certificate or were on track to at time of exit. Eighty-nine percent of exiting Gilpin residents moved into permanent housing.

This organization is really helping single parents get a ‘step–up," and our items are providing comfort for them as they go through this process.
