Huge Participation at Sew Day

With 58 members attending sew day on April 16, there was standing room only.  Three new ladies joined in with the busy day.  There were plenty of new fabrics to go through, free items to take, and two enormous piles of completed quilts to view during the bed turning.  

Because there will be five deliveries to agencies in the next few weeks, the 155 gorgeous quilts turned in are very much appreciated.  

The total number for 2025 is now 733 donated quilts.  In addition to the quilts there were 28 pillowcases, 34 bags, one crocheted blanket, one crocheted dolly quilt, and 20 stuffed animals turned in at sew day.  

This group of volunteers has such energy and a willingness to work.  They should be extremely proud of themselves.
